Chicken Roast-Indian Style




Ingredients
1.full chicken
2.tomato sauce- 4 tsp
3.green chilli sauce- 3 tsp
4.sweet chilli sauce- 3 tsp
5.ginger garlic paste- 4 tsp
6.pepper powder- 3 tsp
7.chilli powder- 3 tsp
8.lemon syrup- 2 tsp
9.dried and crushed parsely leaves- 1 1/2 tsp
10.salt to taste



let's start cooking:
Make the masala mixing ingredients 2 - 10 in a bowl, adding 1/8 cup of water.Make randomn cuts on the chicken and stuff some pepper balls into it.Coat the chicken with masala and marinate for an hour.During this time preheat the oven for half an hour.Then keep the chicken in the oven at 200c.After 40 minutes your roast chicken is ready to serve.
