Italian style meat balls with spaghetti
Things to add:
1. Italian style meat balls - 1 packet
2. Tomato paste - 1 cup
3. Spaghetti - 500 gms
4. Chilli paste - 2 tsp
5. Ginger garlic paste - 2 tsp
6. Dried parsely leaves - crushed
7. Salt
How to cook:
Mix ingredients 4 to 7 in a bowl & coat the meat balls with it. Keep the coated meat balls in a refrigerator for 30 mts. Then fry the coated meat balls in oil over medium heat & when it looks cooked, add in the tomato paste & leave it to simmer a while. Meanwhile, cook the spaghetti in a large saucepan of salted boiling water. Drain well. Divide the spaghetti & meatballs among serving bowls garnishing with fresh parsely.

Beef Stroganoff
Things to add:
1. Beef - 300 gms, cut into strips
2. Beef stroganoff recipe base - 1 packet
3. Cup mushrooms - 4, sliced
4. Onion - 1, chopped
5. Parsely leaves - chopped
6. Red chilli - 1, chopped
7. Garlic - 1, crushed
8. Cloves - 4
How to cook:
Heat 2 tsp oil in a non stick frying pan. Add onion & stir until soft. Add garlic, cloves, mushrooms, red chilli & beef strips. Stir fry until beef is browned all over. Season with salt & pepper. Pour beef stroganoff recipe base over this & stir until well combined. Sprinkle with chopped parsely before serving.

Chicken tortilla wraps
Things to add :
1. Tortilla wraps - 4
2. Chicken breasts - 200gm, boneless
3. Onion - 1, chopped
4. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
5. Pepper - 1/2 tsp
6. Salt - 1/2 tsp
7. Tomato sauce
8. Carrot - 1, thinly sliced
9. Avocado - 1, sliced
10. Lettuce
How to cook :
Heat oil in a pan. Add ingredients 2 to 7 and saute until chicken is cooked. Divide chicken mixture among tortillas. Top each with avocado, carrots & lettuce. Roll up the tortillas & serve.
Aussie lamb rissole
Things to add :
1. Lamb minced - 300 gm
2. Carrot - 1, grated
3. Parsely - finely chopped
4. Pepper - 1 tsp
5. Salt - 1 tsp
6. Egg - 1, beaten
7. Breadcrumbs - 1 cup
How to cook :
Mix well ingredients 1 to 5 in a bowl & roll into even sized balls. Dip rolls in egg yolk, followed by breadcrumbs & refrigerate for 1 hr to get set. Heat oil in a non stick frying pan over medium heat & fry rissoles until browned on each side. Transfer the rissoles to a paper towel lined plate to remove excess oil. Garnish with capsicums & serve.

Vietnamese Fresh Spring Roll
Things to add:
1. Rice paper - 4 sheets
2. Honey leg ham - 100 gm
3. Pea sprouts
4. Carrot - 1, thinly sliced
5. Cucumber - 1, peeled & thinly sliced
How to cook:
Cook the ham in 2 tsp oil with salt & pepper. Soak the rice paper in warm water until soft & lay it on a flat surface. Then place the cooked ham, pea sprouts, carrot & cucumber along centre of sheet. Fold in the sides & roll up tightly to enclose the filling. Serve with sauce.

Aussie Carrot Meat Pie
Things to add:
1. Onion - 1, finely chopped
2. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
3. Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
4. Pepper powder - 1 tsp
5. Garam masala - 1 tsp
6. Beef minced - 400 gms
7. Dutch carrots - 2, chopped
8. Shortcrust pastry - 2
How to cook:
Heat oil in a pan.Add ingredients 1 to 7 in that order & cook for half an hour until beef is tender. Line a silicone pie tray with shortcrust pastry. Divide meat mixture evenly among pastry bases & cover pies with shortcrust pastry lids. Trim the edges of pastry & using a fork, firmly press around the edge of each pie. Bake for 30 mts in a preheated oven at 200c. Serve with sauce.

Singapore Laksa
Things to add:
1.Singapore laksa spice paste-1 packet
2.Prawns-6
3.Coconut milk-1 cup
4.Egg noodles-125 gm
5.Bean sprouts
6.Fresh herbs
How to cook:
Cook the noodles in boiling water for 10 mts. Drain & set aside. Heat oil in a pan, add laksa paste & stir-fry for 1 mt. Add coconut milk & simmer for 2 mts.Add prawns, salt to taste & cook for 5 mts.Pour laksa soup over the noodles & top with bean sprouts & fresh herbs.

Italian Chicken Parmigiana
Ingredients:
1.Chicken breasts
2.Leggo's simmer sauce
3.Mozzarella cheese
4.Bread crumbs
5.Egg yolk
6.Pepper powder
7.Salt
How to cook:
Coat the chicken breasts with salt & pepper.Dip in egg yolk & bread crumps.Pan fry the 2 crumbed chicken breasts until browned on each side & place onto a non-stick baking tray.Spoon over Leggo's simmer sauce & sprinkle mozzarella cheese onto it.Bake for 10 minutes in a preheated oven at 180c.Serve with lettuce & tomato slices.

Lettuce Cup
Ingredients:
1.pork minced-300 gm
2.lettuce leaves-4
3.ginger garlic paste-2 tsp
4.spring onion-chopped
5.red onion-1 chopped
6.carrot-1 chopped
7.san choy bao ready sauce-1 packet
How to cook:
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry minced ginger garlic paste,red onions and spring onions for 1 minute.Add pork and stir-fry with salt and carrot for 5 minutes.Stir in san choy bao sauce and cook for 2 minutes.Serve in lettuce cups.
