Curry meat sushi
Ingredients:
1.Cooked rice-1 cup
2.Yaki nori (seaweed)
3.Wasabi sauce
4.Soy sauce
5.Left over cooked meat
6.Carrot-sliced
7.Sushi bamboo mat
Method:
Place 1 sheet of nori onto bamboo mat.Spread a handful of rice with moistened hands evenly over the nori to within 1 cm of edge.Add wasabi sauce,meat,carrot and soye sauce along the middle of rice.Roll the mat over the ingredients,lift it and applying gentle pressure roll forward again to join the edges of nori.Cut the completed rolls using a knife to make 6 pieces.
