Curry meat sushi



Ingredients:
1.Cooked rice-1 cup
2.Yaki nori (seaweed)
3.Wasabi sauce
4.Soy sauce
5.Left over cooked meat
6.Carrot-sliced
7.Sushi bamboo mat



Method:

Place 1 sheet of nori onto bamboo mat.Spread a handful of rice with moistened hands evenly over the nori to within 1 cm of edge.Add wasabi sauce,meat,carrot and soye sauce along the middle of rice.Roll the mat over the ingredients,lift it and applying gentle pressure roll forward again to join the edges of nori.Cut the completed rolls using a knife to make 6 pieces.

Broccoli Manchurian


Ingredients:
1.Broccoli-1 medium size,cut into small flowerets
2.Besan flour-1 cup
3.Ginger garlic paste-2 tsp
4.Chilli powder-1 tsp
5.Turmeric powder-1 tsp
6.Shallots-chopped
7.Fried onions


How to cook:
Mix ingredients 1-5 in a bowl with 1/2 cup water & salt to taste.Heat oil in a pan & deep fry the flowerets until golden brown.Stir fry shallots separately & mix with broccoli flowerets & fried onions.Serve hot.

Teriyaki Beef


Ingredients:

1.Beef-1/2kg
2.Teriyaki sauce-3/4 pack
3.Shallots-chopped
4.Ginger garlic paste-2 tsp

Method:

Cut beef into strips.Heat 2 tsp oil in a pan & add the ginger garlic paste.In this stir fry beef for 3 mts until brown.Add teriyaki sauce, shallots & salt to taste.Stir well and cook for 15 mts.
