spicy kangaroo curry

















Ingredients:
1.kangaroo meat-1/2 kg
2.green chilli-2
3.onion-2
4.garlic-1 1/2 tsp
5.capsicum-1
6.pepper powder-2 tsp
7.chilli powder-1 tsp
8.coriander powder-1 tsp
9.sweet chilli sauce-1 1/2 tsp
10.cinnamon-2'
11.cloves-5

Method:
Heat 5 tsp oil in a pan.Fry garlic, ginger and green chilli until soft.To this add chopped onion, capsicum, cinnamon & cloves.Fry till onions turn golden brown in colour.Gently fry kangaroo meat (half cooked in pressure cooker for 30 minutes) in this, adding sweet chilli sauce, pepper powder, chilli powder , coriander powder & chopped tomatoes.Add salt to taste.After 5 minutes add 2 1/2 cup meat cooked water.Cover the pan with lid and cook until meat is tender.
