Vietnamese Fresh Spring Roll



Things to add:

1. Rice paper - 4 sheets
2. Honey leg ham - 100 gm
3. Pea sprouts
4. Carrot - 1, thinly sliced
5. Cucumber - 1, peeled & thinly sliced





How to cook:

Cook the ham in 2 tsp oil with salt & pepper. Soak the rice paper in warm water until soft & lay it on a flat surface. Then place the cooked ham, pea sprouts, carrot & cucumber along centre of sheet. Fold in the sides & roll up tightly to enclose the filling. Serve with sauce.
