Singapore Laksa



Things to add:
1.Singapore laksa spice paste-1 packet
2.Prawns-6
3.Coconut milk-1 cup
4.Egg noodles-125 gm
5.Bean sprouts
6.Fresh herbs


How to cook:
Cook the noodles in boiling water for 10 mts. Drain & set aside. Heat oil in a pan, add laksa paste & stir-fry for 1 mt. Add coconut milk & simmer for 2 mts.Add prawns, salt to taste & cook for 5 mts.Pour laksa soup over the noodles & top with bean sprouts & fresh herbs.
